Structured Pro lifetime costs $99.99 in the US in 2026, per Structured's own documentation. Search results will also hand you $29.99 and $64.99, all presented as current, all on pages written in the last couple of years. Those are old prices still circulating. Below: the real numbers and the history that explains the mess. We're independent reviewers with no stake in which one you pay.

All three are available on the App Store, Google Play, and Structured Web, and one purchase covers your devices across platforms. Subscriptions come with a 3-day free trial that auto-converts to a paid plan unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Treat it as a one-day trial for scheduling purposes.
And yes, lifetime still exists. Structured is one of the last apps in this category selling one, which is exactly why the pricing confusion around it matters.
Why you've seen three different numbers
$29.99 was the old lifetime price. In its early years, Structured Pro was a cheap one-time purchase. In August 2021, the developers announced the move to subscriptions, citing the usual reason: one-time purchases stop funding development once sales saturate. The announcement promised existing lifetime buyers would keep their access free forever ("nothing changes"), kept the lifetime plan on sale at its original price through September 7, 2022, and raised it afterward. Every article and Reddit comment quoting a ~$30 lifetime is describing that pre-2022 world. Confusingly, $29.99 never disappeared. It became the yearly subscription price, so the same number now means something entirely different. That single reuse of a price point is responsible for most of the bad information out there.
$64.99 was the post-2022 lifetime price, and it lives on regionally. After the September 2022 deadline, lifetime jumped to roughly $64.99 US, and third-party tool directories still list it (some also list stale $6.49/mo and $19.99/yr figures from the same era). On top of that, Structured explicitly prices by region. The help docs say pricing is adjusted to the "purchasing power of your region," so users in different countries genuinely see different lifetime prices today and then compare notes online. Two people can both be right and disagree by $35.
$99.99 is what a US buyer sees now. That's the number in the current official help documentation, and it's the one to plan around. Check your own paywall in the app's settings for your regional price; Structured's support will also confirm local pricing by email.
Is lifetime at $99.99 still worth it?
Against Structured's own yearly plan, lifetime breaks even in about 3.3 years. Against the competition it looks better than that:
- Tiimo has no lifetime option at all. You'll pay roughly $42–54 every year, so Structured lifetime costs less than two years of Tiimo bought through the App Store.

Two cautions before you buy:
- Lifetime doesn't cancel an existing subscription. The help docs are explicit: buying lifetime "does not affect any running subscriptions." If you're on monthly or yearly and upgrade, cancel the subscription yourself or you'll pay both. This is the most avoidable bad outcome in this whole article.
- "Lifetime" means the app's lifetime. Yours will probably run longer. Structured has been actively developed for years and its 2021 blog post reads like a team planning for the long haul, but a one-time purchase is always a bet on the developer's future. At $99.99 that bet needs the app to survive ~3.5 years to beat subscribing. Reasonable odds. Still odds.
Worth knowing: Structured runs a scholarship program with discounted yearly access for people who can't afford full price (no discounts on lifetime), and the developer has historically offered free upgrades on request for those who can't pay. For an ADHD audience that's often also a broke-because-ADHD-tax audience, that's a genuinely decent policy.
The practical playbook
- Committed after trying it? Buy lifetime once at your regional price, and cancel any running subscription the same day.
- Still evaluating? Take the yearly at $29.99 (the old lifetime price, for a full year of a mature app) and set a cancellation reminder for day one of the 3-day trial.
- Seen a cheaper lifetime quoted somewhere? Check the article's date. Pre-2022 means a price that no longer exists; 2023–2024 likely means the $64.99 era or a different region.
