Terms of Use

TilTaken is a consumer productivity product: loud, escalate-until- confirm reminders for medications, supplements, and small routine blocks, plus on-device adherence logging. The website publishes independent ADHD-related reviews and editorial content, and hosts an app waitlist.

TilTaken is not a medical device, not a pharmacy, not telehealth, and not a substitute for a licensed clinician. Nothing in the app or on the site is a recommendation to start, stop, or change a medication or dose.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The app is built for adults managing their own schedules. Do not use the services if you are under 13. If you use the app for someone else, you are responsible for having the right to do so.

Content on the website (including medication names, prices, study summaries, and app comparisons) is informational journalism and product research. It can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date.

The app does not verify drug interactions, dosing, controlled- substance rules, or clinical appropriateness. Free-text med names and doses are whatever you type. Talk to your prescriber or pharmacist before changing anything about your treatment.

• Keep device permissions (alarms / notifications) in a state that matches how you expect the product to behave. If you revoke AlarmKit access, alarms will not fire as designed.
• Do not rely solely on any single app for life-critical medication when your clinician has told you another system is required.
• Do not reverse engineer, abuse APIs, scrape the site in a way that degrades service, or attempt to break paywalls or other users' accounts.
• Do not upload unlawful content through any future sharing features (none of your med data is meant for public posting today).

Sign-in is optional. If you create an account (Apple or Google via Firebase), you are responsible for that sign-in method. We may suspend access if we detect abuse or a security issue. See the Privacy Policy for what an account profile contains.

Paid features (for example Pro unlocks beyond the free tier) are sold as Apple In-App Purchases. Prices shown in the app are set in App Store Connect and may vary by storefront and tax.

Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple ID subscription settings. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies, not by a separate TilTaken billing portal.

Lifetime purchases (if offered) are one-time non-consumable unlocks for the TilTaken iOS app as described at purchase time. They do not guarantee future platforms (Watch, Android, web) or features we never shipped.

Free tier limits and Pro benefits may change; we will not pull access mid-period for an active subscription solely because marketing copy evolved, but the binary you install defines the features you get.

Articles and comparisons are opinion plus cited sources. Rankings are not paid placements as of the privacy policy date. Affiliate links, if ever added, will be labeled where they appear.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a free lifetime license, a ship date, or App Store availability in your country. Any waitlist perk we publish (for example a launch discount) will be described when it is real and claimable.

The TilTaken name, site design, editorial content, and app UI are owned by the operator or its licensors. You get a limited license to use the app and read the site for personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy the corpus of articles for a competing site without permission.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that alarms will always fire, that Silent/Focus behavior will match every iOS version forever, or that the site will be uninterrupted.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TILTAKEN AND ITS OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from claims arising out of your misuse of the services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of law, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. We may stop offering the site or app, or any feature, with or without notice, subject to Apple's rules for paid subscriptions already purchased.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence require otherwise. Courts in California have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes that are not required to stay in your home courts under consumer law.
