How to cancel Inflow, dispute charges, and find alternatives

Cancel before the final 24 hours of your 7-day trial, or Inflow charges $199 for the full year. Deleting the icon off your home screen does not pause the billing cycle, and Cerebral (which acquired Inflow in March 2026) maintains a strict no-refund policy for partially used billing terms. This guide lays out the exact cancellation paths for iPhone, Android, and direct web signups, along with realistic dispute routes and free tools to replace it.

The 24-hour trial trap

Inflow gives new users a 7-day trial when signing up for the annual plan. But like most subscription apps on Apple and Google marketplaces, the billing system initiates the renewal charge roughly 24 hours before the 7th day concludes.

If you sign up on Monday afternoon and try to cancel on Sunday morning, you may find a pending $199 charge on your bank card.

One App Store review states: "Thought I had until Sunday night to decide, woke up Sunday morning with $199 charged to my debit card." That's standard mobile subscription architecture. Cancel on day 5 if you know you won't use it.

Cancelling on iPhone (Apple App Store)

If you downloaded Inflow through the iOS App Store, your payment is handled by Apple, not Inflow support. Reaching out to Inflow's customer service won't work because their support team doesn't have access to Apple's billing portal.

1. Open your iPhone Settings.
2. Tap your Name / Apple ID banner at the very top.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Find and select Inflow in the active subscriptions list.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial).
6. Confirm the prompt.

Once completed, you will see an expiration date instead of a renewal date. You retain access to the app until that date ends.

Cancelling on Android (Google Play)

Android purchases route entirely through Google's billing engine.

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon in the upper right corner.
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions.
4. Select Inflow.
5. Tap Cancel subscription at the bottom and confirm.

If you don't see Inflow listed under your Google account, you likely purchased your trial through a web advertisement rather than inside Google Play.

Cancelling on the Web (Direct Credit Card or Stripe)

Many users sign up after completing an online ADHD quiz that sends them to Inflow's website checkout rather than an app store. Web subscriptions will not show up in your Apple ID or Google Play settings.

1. Log into your account at app.getinflow.io on a desktop or mobile browser.
2. Navigate to Settings (gear icon) in the menu.
3. Select Account or Billing & Subscription.
4. Click Manage Subscription to open the billing customer portal.
5. Select Cancel Plan and confirm through all retention screens until you receive a cancellation receipt email.

Save that confirmation email. If you run into errors on their web portal, immediately send an email to hello@getinflow.io with your account email and an explicit written request: "Please cancel my subscription immediately and confirm the cancellation timestamp."

How refunds work

Inflow's published terms state that all fees and charges are non-refundable.

If you bought through Apple, Inflow cannot refund you even if they wanted to. You have to submit a claim at reportaproblem.apple.com. Sign in, select "Request a refund," and choose "I did not mean to renew this subscription." Apple usually decides within 48 hours.

If you bought through Google Play, you have 48 hours from the transaction to request a refund directly through the Google Play purchase history page. After 48 hours, Google refers all queries to the developer.

If you signed up on the web, Inflow support holds total discretion. If they refuse to refund an accidental renewal that happened within minutes of the trial expiring, file a transaction dispute with your credit card company or bank.
